The studio

Light, materials and calm.

Founded in Jávea in 2017 as the coastal branch of Live Author Projects, our studio conceives each villa as a single gesture: microcement floors, natural and recycled materials, and flowering gardens that make a house feel serene from the first step inside.

Large windows draw the light in; white and turquoise meet the blue of the bay. Furniture is chosen piece by piece, so the day we hand over the keys there is nothing left to do but arrive.

We don't decorate houses.
We rewrite them.

Most of our villas began as tired houses from the eighties. We buy them for their position, take them back to the bone, and draw them again. Drag the handle — this is the same corner of Cala Ámbolo.
