Over thirty years of architecture and interior design that began with our studio in Madrid and, since 2017, lives by the sea.
What "author" means
We do not sell other people's houses. Every villa we offer was drawn, built and furnished by our own team.
Three disciplines, one team
Everything under one roof.
Because architecture, interiors and the sale sit in the same studio, nothing gets lost in translation between them.

Architecture
Volumes designed around the light and the views of the bay — every plot studied, measured and photographed before a single line is drawn.

Interior design
Microcement, natural and recycled materials, and furniture chosen piece by piece by our own interior design studio — never a catalogue package.

Accompaniment
Virtual visits, legal guidance and after-sale support for international buyers — in English, Spanish and French, before and long after the keys.
The process
From first contact
to the last detail.
As a studio we also develop fully personalised projects for — and together with — the client, through every stage.
Step 01
First contact
The most important step for us. We get to know each other and look at the space together — needs, preferences, tastes — and start taking measurements and photographs, so the proposal is genuinely personal.
Step 02
The project
We present the existing plans alongside the reformed ones, together with our ideas for the space — all of it accompanied by budgets we go through together, line by line.
Step 03
The works
The crucial moment. In any build, close supervision is what makes the result succeed. We run this stage personally, through site visits and instructions, ensuring every detail is built as it was drawn.
Step 04
Interiorism
We finish what we started: deco and furnishing for every space. Through ideas, advice and inspiration boards shared with the client, we decide on the right pieces, room by room.
