A house given back to its landscape.
The first time we visited this project we realised the property had become completely disconnected from nature. So the most important thing to do was to give it back its essence and reconnect it with the landscape — and, in the same gesture, connect its spaces to one another.
Opening up the interior common areas produced a far larger living room, full of natural light and completely continuous with the pool area.

The first time we visited, the property had become completely disconnected from nature: tiled roofs, a balustraded staircase, and interiors closed off from their own light.
Giving the house back its essence meant opening up the common areas and reconnecting them — and the whole building — to the pool.
