This single-storey villa enjoys two of the most incredible outlooks it could have: the open sea, and Cabo de la Nao. Inside, a generous living room with open kitchen, four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a guest toilet.
Outside, a large garden with fruit trees and a pool surrounded by loungers — ideal for sun lovers. The perfect house for anyone looking for comfort and design in equal measure.

It came to us as a closed, ochre-rendered house from the eighties — balustraded roof, iron grilles, and a cracked pool that had turned its back on one of the best views in Jávea.
We took the whole thing down to white, opened it towards Cabo de la Nao and rebuilt the pool where the sun actually lands.
We drew it first. Then we built exactly that.
